Accessibility Statement
Access to Find Faith Therapy
Effective August 1, 2026. Find Faith Therapy is committed to providing an accessible experience for people with disabilities and to improving access as the service changes.
Our accessibility approach
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as an engineering and testing reference. This is a continuing target, not a claim that every page, document, or third-party service is perfectly conformant. We combine automated checks with keyboard, focus, zoom, contrast, labeling, responsive-layout, and task-based review where practical.
Request help or report a barrier
If a page or feature is difficult to use, email support@findfaiththerapy.com. Identify the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the format or assistance that would help. You may also include your browser, device, or assistive technology if you choose. Do not send medical records, counseling notes, disability documentation, passwords, or government identifiers.
We will review the request and work to provide an effective alternative or correct the barrier when reasonably possible. Accessibility help is available without requiring proof of disability.
Third-party services
Some payment, authentication, counselor, booking, or linked services are operated by independent providers. We do not control every part of those services, but we welcome reports about barriers in a Find Faith Therapy handoff and will help identify an available alternative when practical.
