Organization setup is paid because the dashboard provides an organization-specific referral page, care-boundary and crisis language, sharing copy, QR resources, ownership controls, updates, and aggregate reporting. The plan is $9.99/month with annual billing instead of the $13.99 monthly reference price, so $119.88 is charged at checkout. It renews automatically each year unless canceled. Members and guests do not pay Find Faith Therapy to use the path, and counseling costs and availability are confirmed directly with counselors.
What does this give our care team?
Your team gets a self-service starting point that is easier to explain than a static list and safer than collecting sensitive details in texts or email. The dashboard includes referral-page setup, handoff copy, QR resources, and aggregate usage signals so leaders can improve placement without handling care details.
How is our organization verified?
Once secure checkout activates annual billing for the saved workspace, open the dashboard and confirm the official website with a matching work email or an email published on that website. We send a one-time link to that address. If neither is available, request verification help. Billing cannot substitute for organization authority.
When can we share our referral page?
Once verification, billing, and page setup are complete, the dashboard shows when the referral page is ready to publish. Use the page link and QR code in your existing communications.
Can organization staff see member or guest details?
No. The default flow keeps guided-search responses and counselor communications private. A person can choose what to share with a care leader or staff member outside the platform.
Is this a replacement for pastoral, school, or organizational care?
No. It gives your team a clearer handoff when someone may benefit from biblical counseling support while your organization continues offering the pastoral, educational, or community care it is responsible for.
What about biblical counselors?
Organization verification never approves a counselor. Counselor credentials, scope, Christian-practice evidence where applicable, and public-listing eligibility remain separate review gates. Only reviewed counselors can appear publicly.
Do schools or other special programs have additional requirements?
They can still use the self-service account, verification, billing, and dashboard path. Education-specific or legally restricted programs retain any additional safety, privacy, consent, and legal launch gates that apply to them.
