Nevada privacy rights
Subject to authentication and applicable exceptions, a Nevada consumer may request confirmation and access; a list of covered third parties and affiliates; correction; deletion; or withdrawal of consent from future collection, use, or sharing. Find Faith Therapy does not discriminate against a consumer for exercising a right. A denied request may be appealed by replying to the decision or resubmitting through the same request method with the word "Appeal."
Find Faith Therapy responds without undue delay and ordinarily no later than 45 days after authenticating a Nevada request, subject to one permitted 45-day extension with timely notice. For an authenticated deletion request, unless a specific statutory exception applies, Find Faith Therapy deletes the covered data from its records and network within 30 days and notifies every affiliate, processor, contractor, and other third party with which it shared that data so each recipient can delete it within 30 days. Archived or backup deletion may be delayed only as permitted by Nevada law and no longer than two years after authentication.

This Notice states its effective date. Find Faith Therapy will obtain affirmative, voluntary consent before a new collection, processing, sharing category, recipient category, or purpose when Nevada law requires it.
