Privacy request

Request an export, correction, opt-out, or deletion/anonymization review. The form explains each stage and links the governing Privacy Policy. We verify requests by email and do not reveal whether an address exists in the system.

What happens next

Privacy request stages

Read the governing Privacy Policy
  1. Submit a request

    Current stage

Choose a request type and provide an email address. The neutral confirmation does not reveal whether the address appears elsewhere in the service.

  2. Verify the submitted email

If the address can receive mail, use the verification link before it expires. Authentication is required before a protected action, but it does not postpone a deadline that applicable law measures from receipt of the request.

  3. Privacy operations review

After verification, Privacy operations reviews the request, its scope, any clarification needs, and any specific statutory exception or obligation that applies to the requested action.

  4. Authorized action and recorded outcome

An authorized administrator handles the action and records the outcome. Information is retained after a deletion request only when a specific legal exception permits or requires it.

Verification does not automatically export, correct, opt out, delete, or anonymize data.

Applicable deadlines control. Washington consumer-health requests are handled within 45 days after receipt, subject to one permitted extension, and authentication does not extend that clock. Nevada consumer-health requests are handled within 45 days after authentication, subject to one permitted extension; authenticated Nevada deletion requests are completed within 30 days except for the backup period permitted by law.
