After email verification, you can import website basics, choose the discounted annual setup plan, and review the referral page before QR sharing.

    Create and verify the account

    Create the organization workspace with the exact work email that will own it, then verify that email.

  2. 2

    Review the website and private draft

    Add the official website, review the imported organization details and private referral-page draft, then confirm the annual plan and consent terms.

    Complete secure annual checkout

    Stripe shows the full annual charge and renewal terms before payment. Complete checkout to activate annual billing for the saved organization workspace.

    Verify the organization and finish the page

    In the dashboard, verify organization authority with a matching work email or an email published on the official website, then finish the referral page, safety language, care-team copy, and QR handoff. No DNS changes are required.

    Share when the status says Public

    State and local counselor supply never block standard launch. Public sharing still follows the separate platform-wide real-client traffic gate.

  • Prepare staff copy now. QR and member/guest sharing stay private until automatic organization setup is complete and the separate platform-wide real-client-traffic gate is open.
