Choose a file, upload it, and check the finished version on your profile.

Before you start

Have your own portrait or introduction video saved on your device. Read the format, size, and length limits displayed beside the upload control.

Use media you have permission to share. Do not include clients or private counseling information.

Follow these steps

  1. 1. Find the photo or video section

Open Profile and go to the photo or introduction-video section.

    Open your profile
  2. 2. Upload your photo

Select Choose photo file and pick a supported image. Check the selected-file preview, then select Upload photo. Wait for the saved-photo confirmation.

  3. 3. Upload your video

Choose a supported MP4 or MOV and select Upload video. Keep the page open while the video uploads and prepares. Use the progress and error messages to see what to do next.

  4. 4. Finish the video if prompted

When a finished preview appears, play it and check the picture and sound. If the screen offers Finalize video, select it to finish saving the video.

  5. 5. Check the profile preview

Save any separate profile-text changes, then open Profile preview to check what visitors can see. File selection alone does not upload a photo or finish a video.

    Open profile preview

What happens next

The saved-media confirmation tells you the upload finished. Profile preview shows the media attached to your listing and its visibility.

If you get stuck

My file is too large or has the wrong format.
Export a smaller file in one of the formats shown by the uploader. Check video length as well as file size, then select the new file.
The video is still preparing or the upload failed.
Read the status before starting over. If cancellation is offered, finish canceling the earlier attempt before selecting another file. Retry after the screen confirms the earlier attempt is finished or canceled.
