Before you start

Sign in to your counselor account. Your listing needs active paid billing and the required profile details.

Public profile information is visible to visitors. Keep client information and private records out of your biography and media.

Follow these steps

  1. 1. Open your profile form

For your first listing, finish the Create your counselor profile form shown after checkout. You can return through the profile-creation link below. If you already have a profile, choose Profile in your counselor workspace. On a phone, use the Workspace section selector.

    Create your first profile
  2. 2. Describe your work clearly

Complete the required fields for your name, background, Christian counseling scope, services, fees, and approach. Describe qualifications and ministry authorization accurately. Select the people and concerns you work with.

  3. 3. Choose your services and coverage

Choose your meeting formats and where you offer counseling. Check any state or time-zone preferences so visitors see the options you intend to offer. In the first-profile form, use Continue to move between sections.

  4. 4. Preview and confirm your information

Review the profile preview, including your writing, photo, and links. Complete the accuracy attestations requested on the screen. A profile score is optional guidance and does not block publication.

  5. 5. Publish when ready

For your first profile, finish Review and choose Create and publish profile. For an existing profile, use Save and publish changes when shown; this updates a public listing immediately. Check Profile preview afterward for your listing status and any remaining steps.

    Open profile preview
  6. 6. Set your inquiry availability

New profiles start with inquiries paused. When you are ready for requests, open Profile → Practice details, choose your availability, and save. Check the public preview again.

    Edit your existing profile

What happens next

Profile preview shows whether your listing is public or still needs action. Your claims are self-reported; a public listing is not Find Faith Therapy endorsement or accreditation.

If you get stuck

Why is my profile still private?
Read the status in Profile preview and follow its next step. Check paid billing, required fields, and attestations. A software trial alone does not make the listing public.
Can I finish later?
Use the save option shown before leaving. Return with the same account. Read whether that button saves a draft or publishes changes so you know what visitors can see.
