Before you start

You can browse without an account. Counselors are independent and set their own fees and terms.

Follow these steps

  1. 1. Browse counselors

Choose your location, concerns, and preferred meeting format. Adjust the filters if you need more options.

    Browse counselors
  2. 2. Read a profile

Open a counselor's profile. Look at their approach, self-reported qualifications, services, fees, and availability. Write down any questions you want to ask.

  3. 3. Save counselors to compare

Use the save control on profiles you want to revisit. Open Saved counselors to compare your shortlist. Saves stay in this browser and can sync after sign-in.

    Open saved counselors
  4. 4. Send an inquiry when available

Use the profile's inquiry or introduction option. Sign in if asked, review what will be shared, and submit only when ready. If requests are unavailable, follow the options shown on the profile.

What happens next

Saving a counselor does not contact them. A submitted inquiry is a request to communicate; it does not book an appointment or guarantee a reply.

If you get stuck

Why can't I find my saved counselors?
Try the same browser and device where you saved them. Clearing browser data can remove browser-local saves. Sign in if you previously synced your shortlist.
What if I need urgent help?
The directory and inquiries are not a crisis service. In the U.S., call or text 988 for crisis support. Call 911 if there is immediate danger.

Still need help? Contact support. Tell us which page you used and what happened. Leave out passwords, payment-card details, and private client information.
