Before you start
Sign in to the counselor account that received the request. Treat inquiry details as private.
Follow these steps
1. Open Inquiries
Choose Inquiries in the counselor workspace, or use the Workspace section selector on a phone.
Open inquiries2. Read the request
Review the person's request and the contact information available to you. Check any delivery or account message shown on the page.
3. Contact the person directly
Use the contact details or reply option provided. Explain your availability and the next step you offer. Discuss appointments, fees, and fit directly with the person.
4. Arrange an appointment separately
If you both want to proceed, arrange the appointment directly or use your available scheduling tools. The inquiry itself is not an appointment.
What happens next
The site records that an inquiry was requested. You do not need to report whether you made contact, booked an appointment, or completed counseling.
If you get stuck
- I received an email, but I cannot see the inquiry.
- Check that you are signed in to the same counselor account. Open Inquiries directly and refresh. Contact support if the request remains missing; do not put the person's inquiry details into a public post.
- Does an automatic reply mean I have personally replied?
- No. An automatic reply acknowledges a new inquiry. You still contact the person yourself when you are ready.
Still need help? Contact support. Tell us which page you used and what happened. Leave out passwords, payment-card details, and private client information.
