Sign up as a counselor

Go from your first account to a paid plan and your own counselor profile.

Before you start

Use an email you can verify. Have your qualification or ministry-authorization details ready, along with a truthful description of the counseling you offer.

Have a payment method ready for a paid plan. You will see the price before confirming payment.

Follow these steps

  1. 1. Start counselor signup

    Open counselor signup. Create your counselor account or sign in to your existing account, then complete any email-verification prompt.

  2. 2. Choose your plan

    Growth offers monthly or yearly payment. Premier includes three months free with a card, then automatically charges $39.99 per month or $428.46 per year plus tax, according to your selection, unless canceled. If you have an NCCA card, choose the member path and upload it now to secure 25% off that first charge after the trial, even if the trial crosses into a new year.

  3. 3. Secure your Premier account

    If you choose Premier, set up two-factor authentication with text codes when offered or an authenticator app before checkout. Sign in once with a code, then return to finish signup. The same step is required before a Premier upgrade or free trial.

  4. 4. Review and complete checkout

    In Stripe, review the plan, amount and first charge date, enter your card, and confirm when ready. Premier is $0 today; cancel at any time during the trial in Billing > Manage billing to pay nothing. Return to Find Faith Therapy after checkout.

  5. 5. Finish your first profile

    After checkout, finish the Create your counselor profile form. Use Continue to move through its sections, review your details, and choose Create and publish profile when ready. Then set your inquiry availability in Profile → Practice details.

What happens next

Your account and paid plan are separate from your public listing. Payment alone does not publish a profile. Complete the profile and publication steps shown in your workspace.

If you get stuck

What if I have a seven-day Premier promo?
Open the promo link or the Premier trial page, sign in with your counselor account or create one, verify your email, and complete two-factor authentication. Return and select Start my free trial; the seven days begin then. A valid promo is required. Counselors without Premier can try it whether their account is free or paid Growth. The promo adds no charge and does not change an existing subscription. A public listing still requires paid billing.
I paid, but the screen still says payment is being confirmed.
Check FFT billing and refresh shortly. Review your Stripe invoice before starting another checkout. Contact billing support if the status does not clear.
